Calling young South Africans.
TFG is offering young people the chance to enter the job market and gain valuable first-time work experience in an exciting retail environment. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity is designed to help youth build workplace skills, improve employability, and gain exposure to the retail industry.
Requirements:
- Aged between 18 and 28 years old
- Matric is preferable
- Must be available and willing to work a fixed-term 12-month contract
- Must not have been permanently employed by one employer for longer than 1 continuous year
- Must not be studying full-time during the employment period (April 2026 – March 2027)
- Must not have participated in or been registered on the YES Programme before
- Accommodation and transport will be for the applicant’s own account, where applicable
- Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act. TFG YES Youth Opportunity Program
